Labochem Technology provides essentials for research and development purposes. Customers from authorized institutes/companies are only advised to place an order. Any orders for personal purposes or misuse in any means (other than knowledge hub) are prohibited and can cause penalties under Indian jurisdiction. Any wrong order will be automatically canceled and a 2% deduction will be applicable to the refund value.

Buyers are advised to recheck the correct catalog number and product details before placing an order. In case of any confusion, please contact us.

• For cancellation of the order before shipping, a deduction of 2 % will be applicable on the order value.
• For cancellation of order before receiving seller confirmation from Labochem Technology, the entire amount will be refunded.
• For any order, if the seller is unable to ship the product within the stipulated time, the entire amount will be refunded upon cancellation.
• If the customer wants to return the product and the seller wants to accept the return, 2.5% of the invoice amount will be charged by Labochem Technology. As the seller will receive the returned product, the refund amount will be credited to the customer.
• If the seller sends the wrong material/expiry product/defective or damaged, it will be replaced within one week of the order by the seller. If the customer does not want any replacement, the total amount will be refunded.
• If the buyer wants to place a return and refund, it should be within 7 days after receiving the order.
